PHOTO DAY
We are excited to photograph all of the HART ACADEMY OF DANCE students again this year!

TEAM
PRE-PURCHASE
All PHOTOPASS’s must be pre purchased online before photo day. If you do not have a PHOTOPASS we will not shoot your child individually and you will not receive an order. Orders placed “day of shoot” will need email confirmation to show the attendant.
Hart Team Dancers DO NOT need to book an individual time slot. We will shoot all individual photos directly after the group shots. Competition solos may fill between group shots during team picture day.
RECITAL
PRE-PURCHASE
Recital Dancers may select their own photo time slot and purchase their PHOTOPASS’s below.
Once you purchase your PhotoPASS’s you will get an email with a link to Book Your PHOTO TIME SLOT. You can select what time you would like to come take your recital photos. Please allow time between costumes to change and prepare for the next look.
PRICING
A PhotoPASS is your “Ticket” to Picture Day!
1 PhotoPASS per Costume.
1st PhotoPASS - $65
Each PHOTOPASS will give your child 2 individual poses and group photo of that one costume.
Select how many costumes you want your child to be photographed in and that will be your number of PhotoPASS’s.
We will shoot all individual images directly after the group photo time for that dance.
Each costume is a separate PHOTOPASS.
Additional PASS’s - $35
If you would like to add-on an ADDITIONAL PhotoPASS after you already purchased, you can add-on an additional pass under “Additional PhotoPASS”. If you want to add 2 or more PhotoPASS’s you can change the quantity under the second drop-down list.
Each additional PhotoPASS is $35
Each costume is a separate PHOTOPASS.
SIBLINGS
Siblings may combine PHOTOPASS’S. (Example: Sally has 2 costumes and Sam has 1 costume, that parent may purchase 3 PHOTOPASS’S total for their 2 children. Siblings only, not intended for cousins.)
Parents doing Unlimited for 1 child may add the 2nd child at 25% off. Just select “Add-UNLIMITED PhotoPASS” for 2nd child. Both children will receive unlimited photos.
If child #1 is doing UNLIMITED and child #2 is only in a few routines, child #2 could add-on “Additional PhotoPASS’s” at $35 each. See Additional PhotoPASS information below.
Company Mood Shots may NOT be shared between siblings.
Unlimited PASS - $300
This includes ALL Photos from ONE child. Individual Pictures, Competition Solo Pictures, Duo/Trio, 2 Buddy Shots, and Groups. This does not include: Company Mood Shots
2nd+ Child Unlimited PASS - 25% discount - $225
This includes ALL Photos from a SIBLING of an existing “Unlimited PASS” Child. Individual Pictures, Competition Solo Pictures, Duo/Trio, 2 Buddy Shots, and Groups.
COMPETITION TEAM & Duo/Trios
Competition Soloist will receive 3 poses in lieu of the group photos.
Duo/Trio pics will be sent to the parent who purchased. If no parent purchases, no photos will be sent. You will receive the number of poses based on how many PHOTOPASS’s are purchased. (2 PHOTOPASS’s = 2 Poses)
Groups will receive 1 pose and you must purchase a photoPASS to receive individual photos and group photos. We do not offer ‘group only’ options, you must have a photoPASS to receive the photos.
DELIVERY
All images will be delivered to the email address entered when placing your order. Please allow 4 weeks for processing, editing, upload, and deliver to your inbox. All images are full resolution and you will have full rights to the images, we will supply a copyright letter in your inbox.

MOOD SHOT - $175
We are offering our more artistic mood shots for Competition TEAM dancers only.
These will ONLY shoot during a limited time on SAT & SUN, see details below.
You will receive all digital images taken. Please prepare 4-6 mood poses or actions for us to capture during this time frame.
These can be added on to any package from above. You must select at-least 1 PhotoPASS from above to add on MoodShots.
MOOD DANCE SHOTS -
Each dancer will receive individual dance images in one outfit.
We recommend either a form fitting outfit or leotard that will read well under the lighting -OR- You can choose to wear a long skirt or a flow-y fabric that will shoot well. We will be shooting on a dark grey background so select a COLOR in your outfit. Please avoid neon colors as this will bleed out on the skin and will be unflattering.
Hair down and flow-y is great, we love to capture the hair in motion.
Please take the time to put together a captivating look. This will help us create a successful shoot with timeless photos.
Please come prepared for the shoot with several ideas and poses in mind, ideally 4-6 poses works great! We will work with each dancer to achieve the best looks / angles.
You will receive all your digital images we shoot in each look.
MOOD TIME SLOTS -
We will only be able to shoot Mood Shots during the following times below. Each dancer will get 10 mins of time. Once you have selected your pass you may select a time slot listed below:

ABOUT
CEVENTPICS is the exclusive photography company for Velocity Dance Convention. We travel the US to over 20 cities a season photographing some incredibly talented artists.
TheTEAM at CEVENTPICS has photographed some of the most recognizable names in the dance industry such as NappyTabs, Kyle Hanagami, Shannon Mather, Mark Kanemura, Blake McGrath, Mary Murphy, Keltie Knight, Travis Wall, and Twitch. They have directed and photographed campaigns for Capezio, Idyllwild Arts Academy, Velocity Dance Convention, Nuvo, The Dance Awards and numerous other conventions. We are a team of photographers who have an extensive background in dance, commercial and celebrity photography. CEVENTPICS images can be also be seen in several issues of Dance Spirit magazine.
The owner of CEP, Cory Jones, has been a featured photographer for Go2Talent Agency, Clear Talent Group, and McDonald Selznick Associates. He started his days working as an assistant for celebrity photographer, Gilles Toucas, where he assisted jobs for Heidi Klum, Seal, James Blunt, Kate Hudson, Clive Owen, Zooey Deschanel, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Eva Mendez, Amy Adams, and the cast of Bold & Beautiful. Cory has photographed images for Paula Abdul’s Live To Dance. He also photographs dance studio’s recreational and competitive teams across the country capturing each dancer’s greatest potential.
