FREE SESSION SITTING FEE

We will photograph all IAA Students during their designated times complementary. This includes the time with the photographer to get your image taken. We will shoot multiple images for you to choose from.

PURCHASING YOUR IMAGES

All images will be available to view and order online thru our online gallery. We will email each student a link and password to view only their photos. This link will be sent to the email associated with your school account, once the images are available to view.

Below are a several price options to choose for your school yearbook photos.

• SINGLE IMAGE DOWNLOAD - $35

Select this option to purchase ONE digital image for download. You will receive a full resolution image directly to the email that was used at time of purchase. This image can be downloaded to a desktop or mobile device.

• ALL IMAGES OF ONE STUDENT - $55

Select this option to purchase ALL digital images for download. You will receive ALL full resolution images directly to the email that was used at time of purchase. These images can be downloaded to a desktop or mobile device.

• SINGLE RETOUCHED IMAGE DOWNLOAD - $65

Select this option to purchase ONE digital image RETOUCHED for download. We will retouch the image to clean up any skin imperfections via Photoshop. You will receive a full resolution image, once available, to the email that was used at time of purchase. This image can be downloaded to a desktop or mobile device.

• SINGLE RETOUCHED IMAGE DOWNLOAD + ALL ADDITIONAL IMAGES - $85

Select this option to purchase ONE digital image RETOUCHED for download + ALL remaining images shot during the session. We will retouch the ONE image to clean up any skin imperfections via Photoshop. You will receive full resolution images, once available, to the email that was used at time of purchase. These images can be downloaded to a desktop or mobile device. Please allow a few weeks turn around for the retouched images.

PROCESS

For yearbook photos we recommend solid bold colors. 

Avoid florals, or other heavy patterns. No white or any neon colors, they wash out the skin and blowout in photos.

Choose a flattering top, as opposed to a baggy looser fitting top. Shots will be from the waist up, but please consider the waistline of the pants you choose to wear.  Choose an option that lays flat and does not bunch.

No extra jewelry but small earrings are ok.

Think light, fresh and natural make-up! Guys, it’s ok to conceal any skin imperfections as well.

Avoid heavy eye make-up, no stage makeup. 

When choosing a lip color, avoid shiny lip glosses since the hair will stick. Choose a matte/silky lipstick, this is more flattering for photos. A good natural tone lip color is best.

Bring a hair brush or anything you need to be camera ready right before you step in front of the camera. We will move quickly so come prepared ready to shoot.

Please remember these images will become timeless and represent you for years to come.

CEVENTPICS is the exclusive photography company for Velocity Dance Convention. We travel the US to over 20 cities a season photographing some incredibly talented artists. 

TheTEAM at CEVENTPICS has photographed some of the most recognizable names in the dance industry such as NappyTabs, Kyle Hanagami, Shannon Mather, Mark Kanemura, Blake McGrath, Mary Murphy, Keltie Knight, Travis Wall, and Twitch. They have directed and photographed campaigns for Capezio, Idyllwild Arts Academy, Velocity Dance Convention, Nuvo, The Dance Awards and numerous other conventions. We are a team of photographers who have an extensive background in dance, commercial and celebrity photography. CEVENTPICS images can be also be seen in several issues of Dance Spirit magazine.

The owner of CEP, Cory Jones, has been a featured photographer for Go2Talent Agency, Clear Talent Group, and McDonald Selznick Associates. He started his days working as an assistant for celebrity photographer, Gilles Toucas, where he assisted jobs for Heidi Klum, Seal, James Blunt, Kate Hudson, Zooey Deschanel, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Eva Mendez, Amy Adams, and the cast of Bold & Beautiful. Cory has photographed images for Paula Abdul’s Live To Dance. He also photographs dance studio’s recreational and competitive teams across the country capturing each dancer’s greatest potential.
