HEADSHOTS
$100 | 1st headshot look
+$50 | each additional look
Each individual will receive several digital images in one outfit.
We will photograph 6 individuals per hour. All 6 will shoot headshots first then change for dance shots (if they are shooting dance).
[ WHAT TO WEAR for HEADSHOTS]
For headshots we recommend solid colors. We will have a few different headshot background colors to choose from: PINK, BLUE, PURPLE, TAN.
Avoid florals, or other heavy patterns. No white or any neon colors, they wash out the skin and blowout in photos for headshots.
Choose a more form-fitting top, as opposed to a looser fitting top. Shots will be from the waist up, but please consider the waistline of the pants you choose to wear. Choose an option that lays flat and does not bunch.
No extra jewelry but small earrings are ok.
DANCE
$150 | each dance look
$100 | each additional dance look

We will photograph 6 individuals per hour. All 6 dancers will shoot headshots first then change for dance shots (if they are shooting dance).
[ WHAT TO WEAR for DANCE SHOTS ]
All the dancers will shoot against a METALLIC SILVER background, this is a new look for us and we are very excited about it.
Clothing can be anything you dream for this look. Bright Colors or solid black / white / tan colors can work as well. Avoid Florals or heavy patterns.
Shoes - Be advised the metallic background could be slippery and sensitive for this reason we will not recommend tap shoes or pointe shoes for this look.
Please take the time to put together a captivating look. This will help us create a successful shoot with timeless photos.
[ HOW TO POSE for DANCE SHOTS ]
Please come prepared for the shoot with several ideas and poses in mind, ideally 4-6 poses works great! We will work with each dancer to achieve the best looks / angles. The more prepared you are the better. Please work on some ideas before the shoot so you feel positive about what we are going to capture.
Think about what you are strongest at: Legs, Jumps, Lunges, Floor poses, Hair Flying, you name it - we can capture it.
Our team of photographers all have an extensive dance background, so we will direct you for the best outcome.
Headshots and Dance-shots will be taken with a few minutes in between, allowing the dancer time to get ready for the next “look”.
HAIR & MAKEUP
Come hair and makeup ready. Think light, fresh and natural make-up!
Avoid heavy eye make-up, no stage makeup. You may want to add a little extra for the dance shots since they are full body.
When choosing a lip color, avoid shiny lip glosses since the hair will stick. Choose a matte/silky lipstick, this is more flattering for photos. For the younger dancers, a good natural lip is best.
Please take the time to put together a captivating look. This will help us create a successful shoot with timeless photos.
DELIVERY
You will receive all your digital images we shoot in each look.
All images will be delivered to your email address. Please allow 4 weeks for processing, editing, upload, and delivery to your inbox. All images are full resolution and you will have full rights to the images, we will supply a copyright letter in your inbox.

ABOUT
CEVENTPICS is the exclusive photography company for Velocity Dance Convention. We travel the US to over 20+ cities a season photographing some incredibly talented artists.
TheTEAM at CEVENTPICS has photographed some of the most recognizable names in the dance industry such as Brian Nicholson (Ariana Grande), Artem Chigvintsev (DWTS), NappyTabs, Kyle Hanagami, Shannon Mather, Mark Kanemura, Blake McGrath, Mary Murphy (SYTYCD), Keltie Knight (E! News), Travis Wall, and Twitch. They have directed and photographed campaigns for Capezio, Idyllwild Arts Academy, Velocity Dance Convention, Nuvo, The Dance Awards and numerous other conventions. Included in our live event photography we have photographed: Tove Lo, Ava Max, Hailee Stienfeld, Becky G, Todrick Hall, Jordan Fisher, and Madison Beer to name a few. Our team of photographers have extensive backgrounds in dance, commercial and celebrity photography. CEVENTPICS images can be also be seen in several issues of Dance Spirit magazine.
The owner of CEP, Cory Jones, has been a featured photographer for Go2Talent Agency, Clear Talent Group, and McDonald Selznick Associates. He started his days working as an assistant for celebrity photographer, Gilles Toucas, where he assisted jobs for Heidi Klum, Seal, James Blunt, Kate Hudson, Clive Owen, Zooey Deschanel, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Eva Mendez, Amy Adams, and the cast of Bold & Beautiful. Cory has photographed images for Paula Abdul’s Live To Dance. He also photographs dance studio’s recreational and competitive teams across the country capturing each dancer’s greatest potential.
