INFORMATION
A PhotoPASS is your “TICKET” to Picture Day!
All PHOTOPASS’s must be pre purchased online before photo day. If you do not have a PHOTOPASS we will not shoot your child individually and you will not receive an order. Orders placed “day of shoot” will need email confirmation to show the attendant.
We will have a sales team member available day of shoot, however pre-purchasing will speed up your check-in process. You will need to physically pickup your PhotoPASS at the dance studio on Photo Day.
1st PhotoPASS - $65
Each PHOTOPASS will give your child 2 individual poses and group photo of that one costume.
Select how many costumes you want your child to be photographed in and that will be your number of PhotoPASS’s.
We will shoot all individual images directly after the group photo time for that dance.
Each costume is a separate PHOTOPASS.
Additional PASS’s - $40
If you would like to add-on an ADDITIONAL PhotoPASS after you already purchased, you can add-on an additional pass under “Additional PhotoPASS”. If you want to add 2 or more PhotoPASS’s you can change the quantity under the second drop-down list.
Each additional PhotoPASS is $40
Each costume is a separate PHOTOPASS.
UNLIMITED PASS - $350
This includes ALL Photos from ONE child. Individual Pictures, Competition Solo Pictures, Duo/Trio, 2 Buddy Shots, and Groups. This does not include Headshots.
2nd+ Child Unlimited PASS - $250
This includes ALL Photos from a SIBLING of an existing “Unlimited PASS” Child. Individual Pictures, Competition Solo Pictures, Duo/Trio, 2 Buddy Shots, and Groups.
SIBLINGS INFO
Siblings may combine PHOTOPASS’S. (Example: Sally has 2 costumes and Sam has 1 costume, that parent may purchase 3 PHOTOPASS’S total for their 2 children. Siblings only, not intended for cousins.)
Parents doing Unlimited for 1 child may add the 2nd child at $250. Just select “Add-UNLIMITED PhotoPASS” for 2nd child. Both children will receive unlimited photos.
If child #1 is doing UNLIMITED and child #2 is only in a few routines, child #2 could add-on “Additional PhotoPASS’s” at $40 each. See Additional PhotoPASS information below.

ALL-IN PASS | $475
Combine HEADSHOTS + UNLIMITED Photos for this package. The ultimate ALL IN deal from CEVENTPICS.
Unlimited Photos on White, 2 Buddy Shots, and Headshots!
We are offering HEADSHOTS to all dancers this year at Tiffany & Co.
These images will come with slight skin retouches, however hair will need to be refined and ready for camera.
These will be setup on a specific time. Once you have purchased a Headshot PASS please see studio for sign up times. Available times are:
WEDNESDAY (time) - THURSDAY (time)
HAIR
Please come hair ready for HEADSHOTS
If you choose to curl your hair, please curl away from the face. Pull the curler away from your face and roll back. This allows the hair to flow nicely when we add the fan.
We will have a fan available during the shoot to open the hair and give you that Beyonce moment.
Please bring a brush and some extra spray so we can adjust as soon as you are in front of the camera.
Please have fly-aways tamed especially on top and sides of hair.
MAKEUP
Think light, fresh and natural make-up!
Avoid heavy eye make-up, no stage makeup. You may want to add a little extra for the dance shots since they are full body.
When choosing a lip color, avoid shiny lip glosses since the hair will stick. Choose a matte/silky lipstick, this is more flattering for photos. For the younger dancers, a good natural lip is best.
WARDROBE
For HEADSHOTS we recommend solid colors.
Avoid florals, or other heavy patterns. NO white or any neon colors, they wash out the skin and blowout in photos for headshots.
Choose a more form-fitting top, as opposed to a looser fitting top. Shots will be from the waist up, but please consider the waistline of the pants you choose to wear. Choose an option that lays flat and does not bunch. Please NO see thru Mesh Fabrics, they leave a halo on the skin, and do not re-touch great.
Please no dance leotards or tops. Bring a seperate outfit specifically for headshots.
Please steam your clothing and lint roll to ensure you are looking your best!
No extra jewelry but small earrings are ok.
Please take the time to put together a captivating look. This will help us create a successful shoot with timeless photos.
COMPETITION SOLOS & DUO/TRIOS
Competition Soloist will receive 3 poses in lieu of the group photos.
Duo/Trio pics will be sent to the parent who purchased. If no parent purchases, no photos will be sent. You will receive the number of poses based on how many PHOTOPASS’s are purchased. (2 PHOTOPASS’s = 2 Poses)
Groups will receive 1 pose and you must purchase a photoPASS to receive individual photos and group photos. We do not offer ‘group only’ options, you must have a photoPASS to receive the photos.
DELIVERY
All images will be delivered to the email address entered when placing your order. Please allow 4 weeks for processing, editing, uploading, and delivery to your inbox. All images are full resolution and you will have full rights to the images.

ABOUT
CEVENTPICS is the exclusive photography company for Velocity Dance Convention. We travel the US to over 20+ cities a season photographing some incredibly talented artists.
TheTEAM at CEVENTPICS has photographed some of the most recognizable names in the dance industry such as Brian Nicholson (Ariana Grande), Artem Chigvintsev (DWTS), NappyTabs, Kyle Hanagami, Shannon Mather, Mark Kanemura, Blake McGrath, Mary Murphy (SYTYCD), Keltie Knight (E! News), Travis Wall, and Twitch. They have directed and photographed campaigns for Capezio, Idyllwild Arts Academy, Velocity Dance Convention, Nuvo, The Dance Awards and numerous other conventions. Included in our live event photography we have photographed: Tove Lo, Ava Max, Hailee Stienfeld, Becky G, Todrick Hall, Jordan Fisher, and Madison Beer to name a few. Our team of photographers have extensive backgrounds in dance, commercial and celebrity photography. CEVENTPICS images can be also be seen in several issues of Dance Spirit magazine.
The owner of CEP, Cory Jones, has been a featured photographer for Go2Talent Agency, Clear Talent Group, and McDonald Selznick Associates. He started his days working as an assistant for celebrity photographer, Gilles Toucas, where he assisted jobs for Heidi Klum, Seal, James Blunt, Kate Hudson, Clive Owen, Zooey Deschanel, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Eva Mendez, Amy Adams, and the cast of Bold & Beautiful. Cory has photographed images for Paula Abdul’s Live To Dance. He also photographs dance studio’s recreational and competitive teams across the country capturing each dancer’s greatest potential.
