After you select your PhotoPASS Quantity and “Add to Cart”, Please list the name of the dancer who will photograph using each PhotoPASS.
Please list only 1 dancers name (first and last). You may also note what the pass is for.
Example : Evelyn Smith (Ballet), Evelyn Smith (Tap), Evelyn Smith (Buddy)
If you are ordering 3 PhotoPASS for the same dancer, please enter that dancers name under 1st PhotoPASS, 2nd PhotoPASS, and 3rd PhotoPASS so that we know who each pass is for.
This will avoid confusion from guardians, teachers, and photographers on Photo Day!
